ACTU – In April 2017, DRC registered a new polio case in penegorie village in the Kunda Health Zone, Maniema province. Deo, a motorbike repairer has engaged in the fight against the disease as a social mobiliser for the interest of children.
VACCINATION – Since March 2017, around 10 poliovirus cases have been recorded in the DRC, eight of which have come from the Haut-Lomami Province. Everyone needs to work together in order to eradicate poliovirus not only from the province but from the whole country.

YOUNG REPORTER – As a consequence of the unfortunate events which are taking place in Ituri, thousands of the province’s children are being deprived of their rights. These children live full of sorrow, as if suffering has become their right.
YOUNG REPORTER – Amongst the displaced people fleeing the violence of the Djugu territory in Ituri Province, there are children, elderly people but also pregnant women. The latter are some of the most vulnerable.
