JEUNES REPORTERS – Nous continuerons à nous impliquer dans toute démarche qui visera l’émergence d’une Afrique et d’un monde favorable à l’épanouissement et au développement des enfants et jeunes.
YOUNG REPORTER – I dream of my Africa, an Africa where every child has an education and where all their rights are respected.
EMERGENCIES – Merci witnessed the violence and killings that ravaged the Province of Tanganyika. Now, Merci has become a true ambassador of peace in the camp, where none of the children go to school.
YOUNG REPORTER – Children can participate in different ways. We can plead, write articles and tell stories but we can also be at the heart of activities of concern to us. Instead of having an adult moderating, we can also let a child do it!
YOUNG REPORTER – As defenders of children’s rights, we must mobilise the entire community and lead by example. Right now, we are not a generation without waste but we can become one by getting everyone involved.
YOUNG REPORTER – For 5 years now, the city of Goma has been regularly hosting the great Amani Festival. We were there!
YOUNG REPORTER – In order to best protect people, they must be integrated into the process and encouraged to participate. In my opinion, a decision which concerns me made in my absence is against my interests.
NEWS – On Saturday 9th December 2017 in Lubumbashi, children became the town mayors and civil servants! In order to celebrate International Children’s Day, a series of activities were conducted to promote the rights of every child.
YOUNG REPORTER – During the whole month of August, children were the main participants in a programme to inform families about the importance of registering the births of their children, conducted by the goverment in collaboration with UNICEF.
YOUNG REPORTER – We do not always have access to a computer to write our articles. That’s no problem, we can always find a way to send our messages !
